Knock-Down ceiling texture is the best kind of texturing application you can put on your ceiling. It costs the most because it involves the most work but the finished result is well worth the price.

Procedure - First the ceiling is painted with a latex primer. Next the texture is sprayed on. After the texture sets up it can be knocked-Down with a plastic trowel.

ReplyDeleteHad my upstairs knockdown sprayed by Big Al's and my basement knockdown sprayed by the Texture King.
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I like the basement better. I think its because the texture king is owner operated so his reputation and future as a business is constantly put to test. The kid that came from Big Als seemed like he was in a rush and it was clear that perfection was far from his mind. He was in a rush and was not very polite, my wife asked me to add. Good luck with your future as a business man Jason I know you will succeed.
Had Jason come in mid Febuary to texture our basement. Were going to get popcorn texture to match the upstairs but Jason suggested knockdown. Basement looked great and made the popcorn texture upstairs look even worse. The first week of march we had Jason come back and scrape the popcorn and replace it with the knockdown. Now the whole house looks great. I can recommend the Texture King
ReplyDeleteI had my ceiling down and now thre are lines going across the entire area of the deiling that was done. They are wide abut 12" in width and 30' in length. What is the possible cause of this and how can it be corrected?
